Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that unexpected situations can arise; however, when an appointment is cancelled late or missed, it leaves time that could have been offered to another patient in need of care.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
